Accountants, (AICPA) as well as member in the AICPA's members
divisions, Center or Public Company and Audit Firms and
Private Companies Practice Section. The firm is registered
by the appropriate state board of accountancy as practice
units in the states of Virginia and North Carolina. Membership
in the AICPA as well as being licensed practice in each
state requires participation in an approved peer review
program.
